INTRODUCTION

By the end of the training, the learners will have the ability to understand key considerations and target markets in relating and understanding of the economic system and concepts of demand & supply in the retail industry. 

PROGAMME DURATION 

24 hours – Assessment hours: 4 Training hours: 20

MODE OF DELIVERY

SYNCHRONOUS E – LEARNING: 24 Guided Learning Hours (GLH) consisting of lectures, interactive activities, role plays, e-learning activities, group discussions and assessments/tests

  • ASSESSMENT MODES AND SCHEDULE Written Assessment, Case Studies and Role Play Activities
  • ENTRY REQUIREMENTS Basic requirement is GCE ‘O’ level Credit (at least C6) in English and Mathematics or Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) score: Level 6 for Reading, Listening and Numeracy; and With at least 3 years supervisory/managerial working experience in retail or Professional/Managerial/Management Executive (PME) position in non-retail sector

  • ATTENDANCE CRITERIA Student must achieve atleast 75% in attendance
  • AVERAGE TEACHER TO STUDENT RATIO 1 : 20
  • PROGRAMME INTAKE MONTHLY – Please consult any Student Support Services representative for more information
  • COURSE FEES (Singapore Dollars) S$ 800.00 (Full Course Fee Without GST)
